I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love having my nails done. And Velvet Beauty have some pretty cool designs for the festive season. I popped into the team to get my nails did and left with a deadly set of foil nails. Everyone has been complimenting me on my shiny new claws. I was down in SuperValu getting my food shopping and the cashier went mad about them, I was at an event in Monaghan and the host wanted to drive to Dublin for them, even my nanny thought they were cool!
Add some attitude to your block colour or French tip with the simple, nail art transfer foils. Using silver, blue, pink, gold or a combined mixture of colours the metallic foil lining creates a really cool contrast with whatever nail colour you choose. Foil nails are suitable over both gel and acrylic nails.
The process for fancy foiled fingertips is simple, just press the foil shiny side up, onto the nail bed and rub over using your finger. Seal with a top coat and your done.
How much do they cost?
The cost for a full set of acrylic nails with foil art is €55 refills €45.
