So, up until last week I had never had my teeth whitened. To be honest, I had always been a little apprehensive as I have sensitive teeth. Step 5: Remove gel with suction machine
Step 6: Repeat steps 3,4,5

Step 8: Rinse your mouth with water and you’re good to go – it’s that simple!
